CONTRACTOR WHO WILL COORDINATE DESIGN, AND DELIVERY AND AGREE
DIRECTLY THE ASSOCIATED COSTS AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE OF THE
APPROVED BALCONY ENHANCEMENT.
